The Center for Kidney Care is South Jersey’s premiere provider for Nephrology Care. We specialize in diagnosing and treating all aspects of kidney disorders and elevated blood pressure.

Founded in 1987 as Renal Hypertension Physicians, The Center for Kidney Care has eight physicians who are Board Certified Nephrologists and three advanced practice nurses. We provide high quality, compassionate care in two conveniently located offices in Burlington County.

Our Services

The providers at the Center for Kidney Care diagnose and treat all aspects of kidney disorders and elevated blood pressure. We provide high quality, compassionate care in our Hainesport and Burlington offices. Some of the services we offer are:

Care for impaired kidney function including acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease.
Care for fluid and electrolyte disorders.
Care for glomerular diseases.
Care for diabetic kidney disease.
Care for elevated blood pressure including 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
Kidney stone prevention.
Care of complex hypertension.

Care for polycystic kidney disease.
Anemia management.
Post kidney transplant care.
Vascular access care.
Kidney biopsy.
Dialysis including in-center and home hemodialysis, nocturnal dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis.
Chronic kidney disease education.
Weight loss counseling.

Dr. Shah is very thorough, professional and caring. Explained everything in terms I can understand. The other staff from the front desk ,Nurse Practitioners and the girls who take you back are all very friendly and professional.

  From the minute you open the door, you are greeted by a lovely person for check-in.   Then you are called back within 5 minutes to the exam room.  You are met by a wonderful medical assistant, who takes your vitals and reviews your meds.  Then you meet the Greatest Doctor Conrad.  He makes you feel like you are a person, he makes sure you understand what plan of action we have and when you are comfortable he walks you out to check out.  Again greeted by a lovely woman who works with Dr Conrad to make sure you are making your next appointment to return.  The greatest experience ever.  I  don't say that lightly, because I see a lot of Doctors.  Thank you for the opportunity to review this practice.

  Dr. Min is the best. Always professional and comprehensive. Excellent communication. Her office staff in Burlington office are exceptional. My only suggestion is the patient portal be improved. Preferably have the portal with the Epic MyChart system to afford better
